Richmond was surrendered to the shelter due to a lack of time.
He is an active dog who enjoys exercise and is looking for responsible, dog-experienced adults who will do plenty of activities with him.
Richmond has already completed the breed-specific exam required by law. Outside, he is required to wear a muzzle, as he is suspicious of strangers.
