\nb) Mastiff-breed dogs;
\nc) American Staffordshire Terriers;
\nd) Tosa dogs;
\ne) dogs that, based on their physical characteristics, are similar to American Staffordshire Terriers but are not registered in a pedigree registry recognized by the minister responsible for the administration of veterinary services, referred to in this Act as “the minister”; such dogs are commonly known as “pit bulls”;
\nf) dogs that, based on their physical characteristics, are similar to Mastiff-type dogs but are not registered in a pedigree registry recognized by the Minister; these dogs are commonly referred to as “boer-bulls”;
\ng) Dogs that, based on their physical characteristics, are similar to Tosa dogs but are not registered in a pedigree registry recognized by the minister. A Grand Ducal regulation lists the identifying characteristics of these dogs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nDogs that have been determined, by a decision of the Director of the Veterinary Services Administration as provided for in Article 9(4), to be dangerous.<\/h4>\n
