A promise that we are committed to every day for the well-being of animals, and that we are constantly working to improve.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past hundred years, countless people have contributed in various ways-supporting us, helping us move forward, putting ideas into action, raising awareness, and providing financial support. All these people had-and still have-one thing in common: a vision of animal protection in which people treat animals with the utmost respect and kindness.<\/p>\n<p>This is what we strive for, today as in the past, including at the legislative and international levels. It is a promise.<\/p>\n\t<h2>Good to Know<\/h2>\n<p>The L\u00ebtzebuerger D\u00e9iereschutzliga was recognized as a &#8220;public-benefit organization&#8221; by Grand Ducal decree dated September 29, 2012. Therefore, your donations made to the L\u00ebtzebuerger D\u00e9iereschutzliga&#8217;s accounts are deductible from taxable income within the limits set forth in Article 109, Paragraph 1, No. 3, of the Income Tax Law.<\/p>\n<p>The L\u00ebtzebuerger D\u00e9iereschutzliga, owner of the National Dog Shelter, is a national organization authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Viticulture, and Rural Development to organize training courses for the shelter&#8217;s dogs in accordance with Article 16 of the amended law of May 9, 2008, relating to dogs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dev26.deierenasyl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/Emblem_seit1908.jpg\" alt=\"Emblem_seit1908\" height=\"800\" width=\"800\" title=\"Emblem_seit1908\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LNPA Animal protection since 1908-it&#8217;s more than just a number; it&#8217;s a promise.
